History behind Expiredair


On June 8th 2005, a website called Next Century Entertainment was created to host flash animation projects. The site lasted through the year, however due to the lack bandwidth and complaints about the size of the domain name, NCE (Next Century Entertainment) was not picked up after it expired on June 8th 2006.

Founded July 25th 2006 - Expiredair.com was created in the attempt to promote local bands and shows in Lindsay. Although the music scene is not exactly what it use to be, Expiredair still supports the area and promotes shows. As the website grew so did the content. Our own online radio show called TwistedPulse, which aired each week run by DJ Dougy was one of the many orginial ways eair could promote new music. Because the community was dying, Expiredair changed the path and moved into the video/film market. The video content on this website is mostly 'childish' orginial work that was created for fun. However, as the years roll on, the main goal for Expiredair.com is to be home to many good short films and photography. We hope to build of the success of our past challenges such as the first Expiredair DVD Collection disc that was released early 2007.
